A brew on premise prize for home brewer Shannon Fisher. We took his award winning Märzen and scaled it up both in batch size and ABV. Expect a rich malty lager with notes of bread crust and light toast and a nice Orange marmalade roundness. Restrained bitterness and floral expression from the German hops.
