Brown and Gold’s Uncle Dunkel
This soft spoken druncle of our Brown and Gold is perfect for the “almost” spring weather we are having! We used lager yeast instead of ale for this one…on purpose, I swear! This brown lager is a tad murky with a delightfully creamy tan head! It’s very malt forward with a slight sweetness. The hop character is on par with the malty dry finish!!
