What started as a wheat beer base took a wild turn near the end of the boil. Starting with a dose of Coriander we followed that with a healthy infusion of Hibiscus, giving the brew a beautiful pink hue. After fermentation was as complete, another round of Hibiscus was steeped in the beer and the addition of POG(Passion fruit, orange & Guava) flavoring brought it all together. This beer is ripping just in time for all the summer fun!
