This recipe of California common style beer is actually that of Paul Dey, a local homebrewer. His beer was chosen by our head brewer Joel out of the 8 Seconds of Froth Homebrew Competition entries for the 2019 year. Together they collaborated to upscale the recipe into a 3 BBL batch for your enjoyment!

If you remember our 844 Wyoming Uncommon, this will spark the nostalgia! We brewed this to carry a light malty flavor coupling the citrus esters and hint of honey sweetness! Excitingly refreshing and incredibly smooth!!

It’s been a while….but we finally have a California Common on tap again!! This beer has a nice rustic hop character and smooth biscuit, caramel, and toasty flavor followed by light fruity esters. What’s more?! $1 from each 20 oz pint sold is going to a fundraiser to add a splash pad in the downtown plaza!!
